Our vision is to help you learn the AMA Guides quickly, with simple explanations and multiple examples, and to make you Jedi with the Guides in about 3 lessons! After years of teaching in person, Phil had so much demand for an online training course that he said—why not? He decided to bring his humor and personality to the trainings. No one calls it like Phil does after 42 years in comp. He has the grey hair to prove it. He calls out the judges and doctors who are wrong (frequently), shares hilarious stories of when the judges were Applicant attorneys (he knows them all), and stories of the insanity of California work comp! Trust me, Phil has held his mind together for 42 years after dealing with judges who would not know the law if it hit them in the head, doctors and chiroquacktors whose diagnosis is “work,” and claims examiners with 2 weeks of training before they start telling Phil how to handle the case.

Phil has broken down the Guides into the 6 major types of ratings. That is it! Once you have learned them, you will be a Master. He includes examples so you can see how the Guides work, written text, and videos. One-stop shopping! He also shows you the rubbish promulgated by doctors and judges in California. Currently, 90% of AME reports, and 81% of PQME reports in California are incorrect under the Guides. Of those incorrect reports, 99.9% overrate the impairment. See how that works?
